2018 was acclaimed as an excellent vintage for Ashbourne. From Hermanus in the Western Cape, this fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc balances exceptionally with the unwooded Chardonnay making for a beautifully balanced wine. Aromas of peach and gooseberry mix with subtle hints of almond on the nose. The palate combines refreshing citrus fruits and softer melon tones. An incredibly easy drinking wine.
