A blend of 60% Garganega, the primary component of Soave, and 40% Chardonnay. The wine is crisp, zippy with a citrus driven acidity but harmonised by a nice depth and structure owing to leaving the wine to rest on the noble lees for five months. Delicate with floral notes alongside yellow plum and ripe apricot. Fresh, with a charming minerality and sufficient character to pair perfectly with shellfish or a meatier fish such as Turbot.
