Well-structured, fresh and fruity dry white wine with a shining clear yellow colour. There is a vivid cedar and lemon character in the nose, with a tantalising peach flavour. The playful, lively acids give this wine a freshness that makes it a mouthwatering and easy-drinking choice. 

   A very versatile wine, it goes perfectly with a wide variety of light dishes, especially fish and poultry courses, as well as a Caesar salad.
