Monte do Zambujeiro Red wine from Quinta do Zambujeiro produced in the Alentejo region
Quinta do Zambujeiro is located about 170 km southeast of Lisbon, in the Alentejo. Emil Strickler a Swiss wine connoisseur bought the property in 1998. A team of experts, Nuno Malta, assisted by Winemaker and Winemaker Luis Lourinho and Globalwine AG's consultant oenologist, Alain Bramaz
Hand harvested from yield reduced vineyards. Fermented in steel tanks at 29°C
Dark color, beautiful bouquet of red fruit, violets and a touch of vanilla. Its creamy and softly textured with a backbone of solid tannins, focused and fresh with a very good fruit intensity on the finish
