An excellent D. Graça red wine produced in the Douro region and by the Sousão grape variety
VINILOURENÇO is based in the Upper Douro, in Poço do Canto village near the City of Meda. It was created with the mission of transforming and revitalizing the production of the vineyards that began to be planted in the 80's by Horacio Lourenço, after returning from Angola. His wine passion led him to develop his heritage
Fermentation was done in granite lagares with mechanical maceration. After themalolactic fermentation wine was transferred to oak barrels and aged for about twelve months
The aroma is delicate, somewhat austere, without traces of herbaceous or vegetal. In the mouth it is surprisingly balanced among a powerful body, a vibrant acidity and an appealing aroma, which gives a charming finish
