The first one is an organic wine from Cadillac, Chateau Brethous, a merlot based wine that drinks really easilyand has a lovely velvety palate, it’s fruity and fresh with some oak influence, some of the aging is done in new oakbarrels. The second one is a Bordeaux superieur with a blend of merlot and cabernet franc, very red fruit and easydrinking Bordeaux.
And the last is a white Bordeaux from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, a vivid fruity wine with citrusfruits and floral notes. The oak aging gives it some vanilla notes and a long finish.

The 100% Merlot expresses amazing fresh fruit and yet can age for easily 5 years, it has a small amount of aging in French new oak that raises the complexity of the wine. 21 months of aging before bottling, an amazing vintage that offers very good value for money and in total respect of sustainable viticulture.

2 x Vignobles Hermouet, Bordeaux supérieur, Roc Meynard, 2015
The Bordeaux Supérieur Château Roc Meynard is grown on calcareous-clay soils, with a strong dominance of clay. Its wines are structured and benefit a good aging potential. Thanks to a subtle winemaking process that strongly cares about wine balance and delicacy, those wines have a harmonious and complex expression.

2 x Vignobles Hermouet, AOC Bordeaux blanc, Grand Cuvée, 2018
A white wine made of 50% Sauvignon blanc and 50% Semillon, it gives a vivd fruit and freshness on the nose. A floral taste with hints of citrus and due to the oak aging you get a nice long final with some vanilla.Lovely as an aperitif wine or on a fish dish.
