Fruit-driven, with the perfect balance between tangy grapefruit, orange marmalade, root ginger and spicy oak, all given a lift on the finish by Furmints typical fresh acidity.

In 1993, the Álvarez family, of Vega-Sicilia fame, established Bodegas Tokaj Oremus. The vineyards are spread over more than a dozen different hillside sites, of which ten were classified primæ classis in 1803. Here the group is able to produce exceptional white wines, both dry Furmints and sweet Aszú styles, from 3 puttonyos up to the mythical Eszencia. All present the regions unique combination of succulence and tang, and together showcase the amazing versatility of Furmint grown in this historic location.
