A unique and rare Sparkling wine from Wellhayes Vineyard. This sparkling white wine is produced in limited quantities from a beautiful small south facing vineyard in Devon. A crisp fresh Sparkling wine which is very enjoyable and makes for a perfect aperitif. This Sparkling white wine is light in body and rich with texture so it pairs perfectly with the finest smoked salmon.
Grape : Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Reichensteiner
