Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this sparkling wine is a pretty rose petal pink with delicate notes of strawberry shortcake on the nose. On the palate, there are white cherry and wild strawberry notes with a fresh and tangy finish. This wine is suitable for vegans and the bottle may contain some sediment which wont affect the flavour in any way. Serve chilled.

We recommend pairing this creamy cheeses such as brie cheese. Dishes like shrimp and shellfish, smoked salmon or fried calamari also go really well with this. Salami, veggies, and stuffed mushrooms are also excellent pairings.
