The whisky was produced at the Worthy Park Distillery in Jamaica. Worthy Park is surrounded by mountain ranges and is situated in the middle of fertile countryside, far away from beach and sea. The distillery is run by the Clarke family, who pay particular attention to quality, efficiency and tradition. This is why the rum is distilled exclusively according to the traditional pot still method. The Worthy Park Quatre Vins 2013 Special Cask Rum matures for four years in bourbon barrels of American white oak. For another two years this rum matures in 4 wine barrels, which give the rum its incredible aroma. Montbazillac, Sauternes, Moscatel and Jurancon barrels are used for 6 months each.
