In the Hacienda of Juan José Mendez in Oaxaca (Mexico) Mezcal is produced since 1875. The San Cosme Oaxaca Mexico Joven 100% Agave is also called "young" Mezcal, because it is not stored in barrels, but filled directly into the bottles immediately after filtration. Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Fresh, smoky, touch of earth. Taste: Agave, herbs, hints of caramel and wood. Finish: Long lasting.
