The apricots for this Rochelt are sourced exclusively from the Wachau region. The hand-picked apricots are cleaned and mashed on the day of harvest on site. Rochelt then distills the naturally fermented, additive-free mash twice in a copper pot according to old tradition. For 1 liter of schnapps are about 15 kg. Apricots needed.
