Hierbas is a herbal liqueur that comes from Mallorca and is distilled from various native plants and herbs. By macerating herbs such as lemon herb, coriander, mint, marjoram, chamomile, fennel and many other plants and herbs, this recipe was created by pharmacists in the 16th century. After maceration, the herbal liquid is filtered to avoid clouding. Inside the bottle is an anise branch. Tasting notes:Colour: moss green. Nose: Spicy, anise. Taste: Sweet, anise, spices.
