"Fuyu" is Japanese and means "winter". The Fuyu Mizunara is a three year old blend, which consists of 50% malt and 50% grain whisky. The maturation takes place in American white oak barrels, a finish in Mizunara barrels over a 6-month period rounds off this Japanese whisky. Limited to 6,000 bottles worldwide!Tasting notes:Colour: Dark gold with brown accents. Nose: Elegant, fresh, notes of honey, apricots, caramel. Taste: Rounded, fresh, notes of pears, apples. Finish: Long lasting, fruity, hints of caramel.
