The history of the Cattier brand begins in 1625, the year in which the first vineyard was planted. Many years later, in 1916, the first bottle of champagne was sold under the name CATTIER. Today the company is successfully managed by the 11th generation. Jean-Jacques manages the company together with his son Alexandre. The Cattier PREMIER CRU Brut Rosé is stored for two years in Cattier's cellars.Tasting notes:In the nose there are aromas of dark fruits, English sweets and sweet almonds. On the palate fresh and full-bodied, blackberries, fruits, cherries, toast. Long lasting finish. Grape varieties: 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. Residual sugar: 9 g/l.
