Cardenal Mendoza, is the product of more than 200 years of company tradition in the heart of the sherry growing area. It is produced according to traditional production methods in the house Sanchez Romate. This unique brandy owes its name to Don Pedro Gonzales de Mendoza, known as "El Gran Cardenal de España" because of his great influence on the royal family and his advisory activity for Christopher Columbus. The Cardenal Mendoza de Lujo matures for 25 years in former oak Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez barrels. Tasting notes:Colour: Dark mahogany brown.
