We produce the most sustainable sparkling wine in the world, in the ancient heart of beautiful Devon, the Saxon village of Silverton. Ten years ago we started from scratch, re-mortgaging and taking a huge plunge in the depths of recession, to make a world-class wine using natural methods. The world changed, but our values have not: we don't spray our vineyard, we prune and harvest by hand; our wine made solely by us, by hand, in our winery, on site, solar powered and completely off-grid. Our packaging is plastic-free, our bottles are re-usable, with a cast zinc badge, send them back to us and we will discount your next purchase. Best of all, we developed a new method, that captures the extraordinary fragrances and flavours of summer: citrus, lychee, elderflower and honey, in a new english wine.
