Fourteen fresh botanicals are used to elaborate a single batch of SANTAMANIA Craft Gin. Spiced botanicals such as ripe fresh juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and angélica root are well-balanced with a selection of Spanish herbal, sweet, citrusy and fruity botanicals: freeze-dried raspberries, freshly toasted pistachios, fresh wild rosemary, Valencian green lemon and lime peel, dry orris root and tender sweet liquorice.

- On the palate, there is an initial faint liquorice sweetness, with a light touch of grape. Sophisticated, smooth, fresh and unctuous, with floral and citrus notes and a fine lingering flavour.
