The original St Ives Gin sees a unique blend of 13 botanicals, gathered from Cornish coastline, cottage garden, and clifftop brought together to create Cornwall's first small-batch, cold compound gin. Fresh rosemary, basil, thyme, and coriander blend with locally foraged gorse flowers and fresh lemongrass to bring a silky natural sweetness; while smoky bladderwrack seaweed plucked from St Ives shore maintains balance. Bright, herbaceous and floral, a traditional London Dry this is not, decidedly different it is.

Founded by the three Thompson bros, SILCo handcrafts a range of premium Cornish gins and liquors infused with St Ives' soul; blending locally foraged and fresh botanicals for decidedly different spirits.

With a century's worth of food industry experience under their aprons, St Ives' Thompson family have truly earned their connoisseurs stripes - with the awards to prove it. From great food to top notch wines, over the years the family have been busy hunting out, testing and bringing back the finest produce to their harbour side restaurant. The only thing lacking in their culinary explorations? Exceptional spirits to suits their tastes.

And so, in 2016, a plan was hatched around their kitchen table. The three Thompson brothers Tim, Greg and Bertie put their heads together to create a liquor company that had flavour, quality and original character at its heart - and St Ives Liquor Co was born.
