2 x V Rouge 2018:

A generous cuvée, with volume and ripe and very silky tannins. The fruit expresses itself fully supported by a living and powerful material. A very round and full of personality wine that will easily pair with most of your dishes.

The expressive bouquet reveals a ripe crunch and creamy notes of ripe red and black berries. A pretty ruby color with young reflections. We find here the legendary fruitiness of Merlot, with its fleshy and sensual touch. Beautiful texture supported by delicious tannins and a slightly peppery note.

This rosé has been specially designed to pair with sushi and sashimi. At the same time dry, fruity and delicious, its invigorating freshness goes perfectly with raw fish. A contained liveliness with a nice juicy finish.

A fresh attack, the mouth is round with surprising notes of wild strawberries. A contained liveliness, a nice minerality and a good length in the mouth. Fruity, with lovely scents of grenadine, and red berries candy. Nice pink color, tiled reflections.

Le Vin de Sophie 2018 distinguishes by its seductive and magnetic character. The palate is soft, slightly peppery with licorice notes. A pleasurable wine, a thirst quenching wine but also a wine for meat and BBQ. To be drunk, slightly chilled, with friends, with a meal or just to pass the time.

A soft and slightly peppery palate with hints of liquorice. The wine is warm and envelops the palate well. A long and silky finish, will make you want to use it for a second glass!The bouquet is delicious. It presents a pleasant freshness and opens with fruity aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry and mineral notes.
