2 x Cannonau Di Sardegna DOC Riserva 2016:

An important Grenache, a grape typically cultivated on the island, where it takes the name of Cannonau, a wine-and-fruit reference to the island, complex, typical in the reserve type, aged in wooden barrels, brings to the table the most intense and varietal scents of this grape variety where notes stand out of local aromatic essences.

The grapes harvested when completely ripe with a slight withering in the plant, are promptly pressed, de-stemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature, not too low to allow adequate extraction of color and good tannins, a brief maceration and then a long aging of 2 years in cistern alternating about 6 months in Tonneau grande vecchio, it results a warm and intense taste result of a slow aging in wood, complex with intense and aromatic notes of scrub and red fruits, of dark garnet red color.

2 x Vermentino DI Sardegna Superiore Selection D.O.C.G:

A Vermentino Reserve with great ambitions, the result of a careful selection in the field and in the cellar with a rigorous vinification process, this Vermentino represents the highest expression of our grapes vinified in purity to enhance the peculiarities of the Grape variety.

The ripe grapes are readily pressed after a night of rest in the field, a slow fermentation with specific varietal yeasts at a controlled temperature, but not necessarily too low. The wine then after a skilled Batonage is left to mature in cistern and in large Tonneau of cherry for 6 months, bottled the following year, need for another year of aging in bottle at a controlled temperature before being sold and acquiring roundness and an important complexity, with scents of sea and spring flowers, notes of eucalyptus, honey and oleander.

2 x Caregnan IGT Riserva 2016:

A wine with a strong character with intense cherry notes and a colored color typical of these grapes, vinified in purity at a temperature below 25 ° c to preserve the varietal aromas and limiting the extraction to the finest part of the skin with a slight maceration constantly monitored.

The grapes are harvested when completely ripe after a brief withering which allows the Carignano to complete the ripening process and to express the most intense notes, the controlled temperature fermentation and the Delestage with short pumping over allow a good extraction of the typical colors and perfumes of the Grape variety. Short maceration to avoid extracting wild notes, a process that gives the palate hints and aromas typical of intense red ripe cherries with wild raspberry notes.
