The aging of the Valdubón Reserva 2014 is lasted for a minimum of 20 months in American oak barrels (50%) and French (50%). All the barrels used have a Age under 36 months. Trasiegos are made every 4 months, taking special care in avoid excessive oxygenation of the wine that damage its color and aroma during this process. The periodic tasting indicates the point where the wine shows a perfect balance between your wood structure and contribution, this being the just time to end your barrel aging. The aging is concluded with the stay in bottle where the wine finishes polishing its structure and round its aromas, coming out to the market with a minimum of 16 months in bottle.

In the glass it shows covered, with intense red color with violet flashes that show its good aging. Nose
The nose is rich in ripe red fruits mixed with nuts, spices, roasted and licorice Palate
In the mouth it is powerful, cheerful for its good acidity, full of ripe tannins, with elegant attack, excellent evolution and intense final. For a better enjoyment of wine, it is recommended decant Valdubón Reserva 2014 30 minutes before tasting Cellar & Appellation
