Strawbar Origin is a truly unique spirit for anyone who enjoys the finer things
in life. Made entirely from hand-harvested organic strawberries grown in north
east Greece. Right out of the bottle are Strawbar's intense aromas of ripe
berries. On the nose there's a hint of light smoke and strawberry compote. The
palate is smooth and viscous with a long, satisfying finish. Enjoy it over ice
and topped with ginger ale or in a cocktail.
Try it as...Honeycake
Sweet and delicious, like Greek honeycake, and easy to make at home. In a shaker
filled with ice add 30ml Strawbar Origin, 10ml of honey syrup and 2 dashes of
walnut bitters. Shake well and serve in a thin High Ball glass topped with
ginger ale and garnished with lemon peel and ginger.
