What a fitting name for this unique Dutch sparkling regional wine! Built from the Souvignier Gris and Johanniter grape, this stylish, complex dry bubble comes into its own. After 15 months on the yeast, the Prins has an elegant, full-bodied mousse where the generous aromas of ripe white fruit with a slight spiciness clearly emerge. A shame if this wine can only be drunk at a classic event, we at Nederlandse Streekwijnen follow our feeling and that is simply enjoying Princely with this bottle.
