The king of orange wines - nature in a glass..Grape: Rebula (aka Ribolla Gialla) 100%. Alc: 13% Sulphite: <11 mg/L.VinificationLate harvest, hand picked grapes and short vine-to-fermentation times (max. 2h). The grapes are destemmed by hand and placed in new oak barrels with custom caps. Fermented on the skin for 8-9 months and then, at full moon, the wine is gravity racked into bottles. No added sulphur, no filtration, no pressing.Tasting and pairingDeeply golden in colour. The bouquet is youthful and boisterous. A spicy wooden note, hints of incense and fine herbs. There is plenty of character and a fine, long after taste. Treat as a red wine, serve in large glasses and not too cold.
