The sort of texturally-rich champagne which reminds you just how food-friendly these wines, when theyre made with this much care and attention at least, can be.   This has all the vibrant fruit and accompanying fine bubbles to make it a match for  almost anything you could throw at it - in fact, we last drank this with some Turkish grilled meats and it absolutely sang.
