This year, Moët & Chandon celebrates the 150th anniversary of the Impérial. Moët Impérial was introduced in 1869 as "Brut Impérial". The name Impérial was given thanks to the long relationship between Moët & Chandon and the French Impérial (imperial) family. The 'I' on the bottle in the Moët & Chandon logo refers to Impérial. De Moet and Chandon is a blend of. 30% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Meunier and 20-30% Chardonnay grapes. The Limited Edition Moët Impérial brut champagne is now limited available.
