The vines are planted on a clay bottom and were planted in 1978 and 1992. The entire harvest is done manually and is selected very strictly. The bunches of grapes are pneumatically pressed. Vinification and maturation for 10 months in wooden barrels of which only 5% new French oak. Clearance and filtering before bottling. This Chardonnay is rich in structure and taste and has aromas of white fruit. The Chardonnay has beautiful notes of almond, walnut and the nose develops very moi in the glass. The wine has a nice minerality and good acidity, which ensures a lot of finesse and goodness. As Parker writes in his review, that is a perfect and affordable introduction to the great wines of Marc Colin - ",,,,,,, This is a delightful Burgundy Blanc to enjoy over the next couple of years "
