CUVEE DESCRIPTION
Champagne Furdyna Carte Blanche Brut - 70% pinot noir, 15% Chardoanny, 10% Pinot Blanc & 5% Meunier.
It has the typical Pinot characteristics and offers excellent value. The slightly warmer climate of Michels vineyards in the south of the region is reflected in the approachability and sheer drinkability of this harmonious wine. This cuvée has a lemony golden hue with lively bubbles. The nose is complex with white flowers and roses, yet delicately smoked and spicy. The palate is elegant and balanced with freshness and a very long finish.
This Champagne is a constant crowd-pleaser!
Champagne Colin Cuvée Alliance Brut - 65% Chardonnay, 35% Meunier
This lovely cuvée has a straw-yellow colour with a lively foam with light and delicate bubbles. It offers a complex and floral nose. On the mouth, it has a fresh attack with notes of pear and sweet spices. It is a full-bodied and well-structured wine perfect as an aperitif but also great with chicken, creamy veal or apple tart.
Since 1829 the house of Colin has been producing authentic and elegant champagnes that reflect our passion, our Premier and Grand Cru terroir and our patience in allowing the wine the time to express its nature to the full

Champagne Lacroix Tradition Brut - 70% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir & 15% Chardonnay
The nose of this friendly wine reveals subtle apricot and strawberries flavours. It is impossible not to enjoy the lively berry fruitiness coming from Pinot Meunier that dominates this blend. Forward fruity and rounded with great persistence that leaves you and your guests wanting a further glass.
Lacroix white wines have a mouthfilling, mediumweight, biscuity flavour profile. They are produced from the classic 3grape blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.
