An expressive wine with typical floral and perfumed notes from the Torrontes along with hints of red fruits such as strawberry derived from the Malbec. Easy drinking, with an elegant acidity & refreshingly fruity palate.Ideal to serve with seafood, salads or dishes slightly spicy. It is also great on its own - served during cocktail hours!Manual harvest in 18Kg plastic bins. The grapes are transported to the winery to immediately begin the process of careful cooling, short cold maceration in the press and start fermentation using selected yeasts at low temperatures (16°C). Before starting alcoholic fermentation selected Malbec grapes are added. Both grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation together and in this way obtain a delicate rose colour.
