To create the cru of Selezione di Famiglia, Azienda Agricola G. Milazzo chose particular clones of Chardonnay with a very small cluster: each plant has a very low yield, inversely proportional to the quality of the wine, whose aromatic profile is distinguished by its almost muscat-like notes.

The white Selezione di Famiglia is a wine of great structure, elegant and very pleasant. It can be drunk with gusto, especially when served at a temperature of 12-14 °C in the company of fish and white meat dishes, various appetizers and dishes seasoned with good truffles.

Its typical vanilla aroma emerges thanks to fermentation in barrels and is accompanied by sustained acidity and valuable spicy notes. The work in the cellar is conducted with meticulous care: each step is responsible for the distinctive qualities of a Sicily DOC label of unquestionable depth.
