We love our coffee: so we’ve pulled out all the stops to deliver this roasted sable gem. We distil our bespoke blend of arabica beans with our creamy sugar beet vodka, before pairing with a slow cooked sous vide blend, to grab every last note of aromatic, fruity, malt-creamy goodness. Our Coffee Liqueur is perfectly engineered for an espresso martini; sip it neat for the fullest flavour; or use it to add another dimension to your coffee.

For our coffee liqueur, our master distiller and resident coffee geek Dr John has selected a balanced blend of five arabica bean varieties. Part of it is distilled with vodka, and part is sous vide (slow cooked), at different temperatures, and then blended together. This unique process grabs a huge amount of complex flavour from the beans, to provide an alternative way of appreciating a truly fine sip of coffee.

Espresso Martini
50ml Coffee Liqueur
50ml Seax Vodka
50ml fresh espresso coffee

Add ingredients to a shaker along with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.

We make our English Spirit version of this classic cocktail with equal parts. Our delicate Seax vodka marries beautifully with multilayered coffee flavour to give a luxury sip from start to finish. You can freeze your espresso into ice cubes if you want to prepare in advance.
