A rare find, Sauvignon Gris is a rich and more aromatic grape variety than its more famous sibling Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced from a very small plot in the Casablanca valley, these low yielding vines were first planted when cuttings were brought over by european settlers. Give it a try it is rather special.
