Producer Details You will be familiar with the archetypal Touraine Sauvignon produced by Jean-Luc Mardon at his small estate near Oisly in The Loire. New to the list is the top wine - L'Elegante - a blend of his best parcels producing a sophisticated Touraine Sauvignon which would rival most Sancerres; and his Rose 2003 which is made from 100% Pinot d'Aunis.
