This highly rated Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon and hails from the vineyards of Clos des Lunes. Presented in an 18th century style bottle this wine is fine to drink young and is the perfect accompaniment to meaty and oily fish dishes. On the nose we have a strong scent of peach which makes the mouth water in anticipation of the first sip; this is complimented with floral notes that entice you to drink even more. The palate doesn't disappoint and is bountiful with ripe and pulpy fruits leading to long fruity finish with some minerality.
