Abarrelferment that spends around 9 months ageing before bottling. Toasty patisserie notes up top combine with baking spice and vanilla. Not what you might expect from this part of the world. This white blend has a chardonnay base, fermented in stainless steel tanks with a bit of time on the lees for extra body. Inviting and complex on the nose, with subtle honeyed, floral notes. The palate is oily with a long, lemon peel finish.
