This is our small batch, craft rum made in an 'English Style' with a blend of Caribbean rums imported from Jamaica and Guyana. We add natural Devon spring water here in the UK and infuse with natural aromatic spices and citrus zest. Hand-crafted and bottled in the heart of Devon.

Our spiced rum is great to drink simply on its own, over some ice, or with your favourite mixer or cocktail. Great with ginger beer, coke, cloudy apple juice and in a dirty mojito. Bright burnt amber in colour, with aromas of charred orange peel, caramel, and hints of cardamom. As we use no vanilla, this is a drier rum than most other spiced alternatives, with a crackle of cinnamon, tangy star anise, followed with more citrus and a touch of maple syrup, finishing with a smack of zesty peppercorn.
