Delicate, effervescent pale pink in color. The initial licorice aroma appears which charactises the Pinot Noir with a good maturity. Then red fruit fragances of strawberry and cherry appear in a subtly sweet way. On the palate a fine minerality is expressed. The roundness gives it a nice character.
