In 1981, Santa Margherita introduced this Chardonnay as a wine of quality proposed with a new style, more youthful and fruity than the traditional Chardonnay. Today, it is a crisp, vibrant wine with pleasing fragrances of flowers over notes of Golden Delicious apples. Fresh-tasting, with a caressing texture and subtle perceptions of fruit, this wine is excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment for light, vegetarian or fish-based dishes.
