Dry white from Hungary's fascinating Furmint grape - complex and rich. Great value.
From vineyards in Etyek-Buda, Torley is an innovative winery at the forefront of Hungarian winemaking. The native Furmint grapes, more usually found making rich desert wine over in Tokay, benefit from warm daytime temperatures, with gently cooling breezes that preserve their natural acidity. Contains Sulphites.
Tasting Note: One of our favourite white grapes. Lovely waxy, lanolin nose, rich, fruit driven palate. Long, very nice stuff. Great value
