Anselmo Mendes is known as 'Mr Alvarinho' and tasting this wine it is obvious why. Wonderfully aromatic, delicious meld of zippy citrus and peach. Delicate and precise with a really attractive textural element. Really serious winemaking for the price - maybe the best Alvarinho we have tasted at this level.
