Ouzo is the Greek traditional Spirit (Protected Designation of Origin), produced after grapes distillation and flavoured with anise, containing 40 alcoholic degrees. Ideally served with mezes (small portion of appetizers) usually with fresh seafood. Produced in Tirnavos Mountain, Central Greece, by Katsaros Distillery, the first registered Distillery in Greece.
